S-CT250 Auto Curtain Pinch Pleating Machine with (Auto Feed)

The improved version of automatic curtain pinch pleat machine with “Automatic Feed Function”. The pleating will be done automatically, and after the materials have been pleated, it will be pushed and fed towards the sewing frame for stitching process automatically. Therefore the pleating result will be more consistent and uniform evenly. It can easily be adjusted by removing or adding pleating metal to do either single, double or triple pleat. The pleating device is independently controlled by a separate PLC unit that has been programmed to be synchronized with the sewing control system. The rest of the electrical components are Schneider contactor units and Mitsubishi Electric Inverter unit. S-CT250 Pleating Measurement: 1. Pleat Depth: 15mm – 40mm 2.
